Chef Javier Lopez
Chef Javier López was born in Barcelona. He nurtured his passion for cooking from his childhood through his parents' family business. At 18, Javier knew that he wanted to be a chef. After graduating in Culinary Arts in Barcelona, he began to perfect his culinary techniques by working with renowned chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants. His career has taken him to different corners of the world, including Thailand, Belgium and Latvia. Javier's culinary philosophy consists of a "Zero Kilometer" approach that focuses on fresh, high-quality local ingredients and vegetables. It stands for sustainability and environmental protection through waste minimization and a harmonious and sensitive approach to the environment and the cultural environment.
