This charming property is nestled in the tranquil countryside of Boliqueime, close to the bustling town of Vilamoura. Recently renovated and beautifully styled, this villa combines modern comfort with serene surroundings, making it the perfect escape for those seeking relaxation and quality time with family & friends. Living Areas

The bright & spacious, air conditioned living area & kitchen of Villa Essence is of an open plan design and comfortably furnished including a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa, a large flat screen Smart TV (please remember to bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a large dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors lead to the pool side terrace.

The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, five electric hobs, an extractor, microwave, American style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washing machine. patio doors lead to the BBQ terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

There is also a separate TV/Snug room with a large flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, comfy sofa seating and an adjoining full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub. Patio doors lead to the garden and offer fantastic countryside views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The three bedrooms of Villa Essence are on the upper level of the property.

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with stunning countryside views. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. patio doors lead to the shared balcony with bedroom two.

Outside Space

The large, well maintained garden is laid to lawn and offers fantastic, far reaching countryside views. The swimming pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 11m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with good quality sun loungers and a parasol. The BBQ terrace is furnished with a large dining table with seating for six people. For the budding chefs in the party there is a gas BBQ as well as a food preparation counter and a sink.

Beaches: Approximately 15 minutes away, visitors can enjoy the stunning beaches of Vilamoura and Albufeira, known for their golden sands and clear waters.

Golf Courses: The area is within a 10-minute drive to renowned golf courses.

Marina: Vilamoura Marina, a hub for boating and waterfront dining, is also about 10 minutes away.

Faro International Airport is reachable in approximately 20 minutes.
