Casa Tessa is an impressive four bedroom villa with a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi that occupies a fantastic location overlooking the nearby Laguna golf course in the famous golf resort of Vilamoura. This lovely villa provides an ideal retreat for families, whether you're seeking an action-packed vacation or simply yearning for some relaxation. With its convenient location, Casa Tessa is just a short drive away from the renowned marina, the popular tennis centre and the beautiful Praia da Falésia beach. Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The large spacious lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, built-in Sonos ceiling speakers, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and a dining table with seating for eight people. Patio doors open directly onto the pool and garden.

The modern kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and three accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including five electric hobs, an extractor, Ninja air fryer, SMEG juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated Bosch Microwave, small fridge and a further American style fridge freezer with a water & ice dispenser. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of the property you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a small balcony with two chairs and offering lovely views overlooking the golf course, garden and pool area.

Bedroom four is the master king size bedroom with a separate dressing area & fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite full bathroom with a free-standing bath tub and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a great sized private balcony furnished with a table and four chairs and a double rattan sun lounger, and this balcony boasts stunning views overlooking the golf course, garden and pool area.

Outside Space

From the kitchen, patio doors lead to the glass enclosed BBQ kitchen, the concertina windows effortlessly open up, merging the outdoors with the indoors. This fantastic space is furnished with a large Beefeater gas BBQ, a convenient work counter and sink, three fridges, a freezer , an electric oven, a dishwasher and a table that comfortably seats eight people- perfect for enjoying all the family favourite al fresco meals.

The entire garden is fenced for privacy and offers a luscious lawn with a variety of palm trees dotted around, the large swimming pool measures approximately 11m x 5m and has steps for easy entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and has a pool cover to help retain the heat). If you prefer to sit with a cool drink then the built-in Jacuzzi is the place for you (the jacuzzi can be heated for a weekly supplement). At the poolside there are high quality sun loungers and day beds for you to relax and soak up the sun as well as various rattan seating areas. Additionally there is an outside guest toilet and shower which comes in handy when everyone is enjoying their time around the pool. In the evenings, the garden is beautifully lit up creating a truly glowing ambience in this charming setting.

Location

Casa Tessa is situated near the Laguna golf course and is approximately 1 km from Vilamoura Marina and Falesia beach. Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west, which is more than 6 kilometres long and stretches from Vilamoura all the way to Olhos de Água (near Albufeira).

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service with bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bed linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
