Villa Martangie is an elegant 4 bedroomed villa, situated right on the nexus of Weston & Reeds Bay beaches, and equidistant to both Speightstown and Holetown on the West Coast of Barbados.

Whether you are poolside, relaxing on sun-beds on the deck, settled on the comfy sofas on the covered yet open terrace, around the statement dining table, or maybe at your private bar having a tipple with your barbecue sizzling away you can see and hear the Caribbean Sea, and being west facing, means you will never miss the sunset and may even catch a glimpse of the infamous green flash.

Living Areas

There are two spacious indoor open-plan areas, one boasting an 85-inch TV with international channels, allowing you to sink into the cosy sofas and unwind, surrounded by fun Caribbean-themed original artwork. There are Sonos music systems, WIFI, and doors to terrace for outdoor dining.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher & Nespresso machine, a utility room with washer/dryer or you can be looked after by your cook, supported by a maid (* see details below).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are four delightful, air-conditioned bedrooms (also with ceiling fans), equipped with soft lightweight duvets, quality linens and towels. Each bedroom has a dedicated security safe for valuables and a hairdryer.

The attractive master bedroom with super king-size bed features a private balcony with lounge area, sofa bed - suitable for up to two children - and a TV with international channels and en-suite bathroom (also with shower).

There is a bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with king-size bed, a private balcony with seating, and en-suite bathroom (also with shower) and a twin bedroom (can also be made up to a king) with en-suite shower room.

Outside Area

Outside there is a covered terrace with comfortable lounging area and dining area, a lovely wooden sun deck with sun loungers and swimming pool.

Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $2500 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.
