Overview

Villa Lake view is a wonderful 6 bedroom villa, aptly named lake view as it is has prime location overlooking Pinhal golf course's lake feature. Situated within a 20 minute walk to the famous Vilamoura marina where you will find an array of trendy bars and restaurants. This villa is great for families with younger children as the pool is fitted with safety fencing.

Living Areas

Once entering the villa, you immediately sense a feeling of spaciousness. The lounge offers two areas to relax. The flat screen TV offers cable channels and a DVD player and the Large patio doors lead out to the pool area. There is also Wi-fi internet.

A dining table and chairs for eight is located in a separate dining area. The well equipped kitchen has its own central island with table and chairs for 4 people and utilities include gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and orange squeezer. There is also another door that leads out to the pool area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is air conditioned twin bedroom, with a unique feature of the bath being in the bedroom. An en suite shower room is also available. Double wardrobe space.

Bedroom two is an air conditioned twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is a single air conditioned room with an en suite shower room.

Upstairs, bedroom four is an air conditioned twin bedroom which shares the family bathroom next door. This bedroom has built in wardrobes.

Bedroom five is a twin air conditioned bedroom sharing the same family bathroom, this also has built in wardrobes.

On a separate wing on the first floor (accessed by an open landing with a 82cm balustrade with perspex), there is bedroom six, a double air conditioned bedroom with its own separate walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.

Outside Space

The outside areas of Villa Lake View offer a well tended garden and fantastic views towards the lake and golf course. The exterior table and chairs seat 11 persons. As well as some comfortable loungers, nine sun loungers are set out to enjoy the view. A practical charcoal BBQ is also available for al-fresco dining. An outside toilet is also available to use. The inviting pool has roman steps with a size of 5m x 12m. The pool can be heated upon request and can only be guaranteed 2 weeks before. The pool fencing is 70cm high. The lovely views can also be enjoyed from the upstairs balcony (care should be taken with young children and the horizontal railings/balustrade).

Location

Lake view is situated in the renowned golf resort of Vilamoura, within easily walking distance to shops and bars. The famous Vilamoura marina is located a 20 minute walk away.

Pool towels are available at a local charge, a hair dryer is provided in the villa for your convenience.
