Situated within a 20-minute walk from the vibrant marina of Vilamoura and 6 km from the stunning beach of Falesia. Villa Rubi is a tastefully decorated, spacious villa which offers a great deal of privacy to its guests, ideal for your extended family or a large group of friends holidays.

Living Areas

The air conditioned lounge/diner is a warm and inviting space. 3 settees give plenty of room to watch the flat screen TV which offering cable channels. The dining area with 8 chairs located in a curve made up of glass windows giving panoramic views to the pool. A Hi-Fi and DVD player are added extras to this room.

The large kitchen with a central table caters for any use. The amenities include a toaster, kettle, juicer, 4 hob ring, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a light and airy air conditioned twin bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space with an en suite bathroom with double vanities and an overhead shower. Bedroom two is also on the ground floor and is air conditioned double bedroom. This bedroom also benefits from an en suite bathroom too.

Bedroom three is on the first floor and is an air conditioned twin room with double wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to the outside large balcony with golf views. Bedroom four is an air conditioned double bedroom with an en suite shower room.

Bedroom five is the master bedroom boasting a large comfortable space with a double bed and air conditioning. A fantastic closet area is included in the room. The en suite bathroom has double vanities with an overhead shower. Patio doors lead out the shared balcony with bedroom three.

Bedroom six is on the lower level along with the TV lounge and games area. The double bedroom benefits from natural light from a window to the garage, this is the only bedroom with out air conditioning but benefits from a cooler position. The lounge has a flat screen TV with games consul/DVD player. The adjacent room has a table tennis table and pool table. An extra shower room is located on this level. A cloakroom is also on the ground floor level.

Outside Space

A lovely rattan 4 piece suite and 2 armchairs give the most relaxing feel to the outside area. 10 sunbeds line the grassed area. Pick from a pool or golf course view. A lovely added grass area to the side is a extra bonus to the plot. The inviting pool (measuring 9m x 4m) with roman steps, as well as a small children's pool. The covered pergola with seating up to 8 people is an ideal place to enjoy an al-fesco meal. The large traditional charcoal BBQ is also placed here.

Backing on to the famous Pinhal Golf Course in Vilamoura, this fantastic holiday villa is an excellent choice for golf enthusiasts, and within a 20 minute walk away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vilamoura. 15 minutes walk to supermarkets and bars and restaurant.

Pool towels are available at a extra charge, hair dryers and a safe are available in the villa.

Please note the upstairs bedrooms are not suitable for young children as the banister on the stairs has large gaps. Families with young children booking this villa must use the ground floor bedrooms.
