Villa Esmeralda enjoys a great location, only 250m away from the sandy cove of Cala Esmeralda and 600m away from the sandy cove Cala Gran. Cala D’Or centre with its wide variety of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants is approximately 700m away and the marina of Cala Egos is just a short drive.

It offers accommodation for 12 persons and is ideal for a large family or groups of friends wishing to holiday together but looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation, with two independent floors, each with 3 bedrooms (the first floor accessed by an exterior staircase from the garden).

There is a lawned area at the front of the villa, by the kitchen there is covered outdoor dining area and to the rear is the swimming pool, with further seating area.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace, and to one side there is a pergola with comfortable chill-out area - the perfect spot to relax.

There is a covered terrace, with table and chairs, for outdoor dining off the kitchen.

Irregular shaped swimming pool 7.5m x 4.7m x 2.7m (depths - 0.70 - 1.5m.), Roman step entry with two steps into shallow end.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
