Villa Mimosa 3 is a stunning frontline three bedroom Vale do Lobo Mimosa villa. Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, the villa is complete with air conditioning throughout, a generously sized private pool and a first floor terrace with jacuzzi hot tub.

The villa occupies a privileged position with the most sensational of views, overlooking the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf course with far reaching views of the ocean, and the wonderful sunsets are a sight to behold. This property is highly recommended by the Sun-hat team!

The air conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

This luxurious property is designed over two levels. The main living area is on the ground floor where you will find an exceptionally spacious living room and dining area that is open plan to the kitchen and is complete with a large brand new flat screen Smart TV with Lazer cable, which features a wide range of channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. The TV has a Bluetooth facility so you can stream your favourite music directly from your smart device- and there is also You Tube available on the Smart TV (please bring your own Netflix, Amazon etc log-in codes to watch these channels). The living room is stylishly furnished with a cozy fireplace, comfy sofas and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

The contemporary designer kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker; toaster; kettle; 4 x electric induction hobs; extractor; juicer; ice machine; microwave; oven; dishwasher and fridge freezer. A separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine and doors from the kitchen lead to the front terrace and drying area. The dining area seats 6 persons and there is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two double en suite bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa, both with a TV and with split unit air conditioning. The TVs show the same channels as the living room TV. Bedroom one has been cleverly designed so that the guest cloakroom directly accesses the bedroom, which also has an en suite shower room. There is the possibility of this bedroom sleeping an extra young child on a put-up bed, upon prior request and with confirmation from the owners.

Bedroom two on the ground floor has a double bed, beautiful views and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

On the upper level is the impressive master double suite which is complete with split unit a/c, double wardrobes with a safe, mini drinks fridge & kettle, flat screen TV with the same channels as the living room and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and patio doors to the large south facing terrace with 2 x reclining chairs and jacuzzi hot tub- and of course the literally breath taking views of the ocean and golf course. Please note that the use of the jacuzzi is strictly for customers over the age of 12 years.

Outside Space

The poolside terrace is a beautiful area, luxurious in quality and specially designed to appreciate the crowning glory of this property- the sensational views over the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf Course, to the ocean. For sunbathers there are 2 x sun loungers on the synthetic grass lawn, and 2 x relaxation chairs which float on the pool! In addition, there are 4 very comfortable reclining savannah style chairs. The pool measures 5 metres x 4 metres approximately and includes complimentary pool heating for all Sun-hat clients during the period June to September. Outside of these months, October to May, the pool heating is available for a weekly supplemental charge. Next to the pool is the superb covered exterior dining area, perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the integrated gas BBQ, which is complete with a food preparation area.

Overlooking the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf course, Villa Mimosa 3 occupies a literally stunning frontline location.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months.

The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre features a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy, where special packages for tennis lessons are available for Sun-hat customers.

The beaches at Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas are two of the most beautiful and high quality beaches that the Algarve coastline has to offer.

Other Items

Rates include maid cleaning preparation service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Clients will receive a midweek clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change.

Pool towels, 2 x hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

A travel cot (not including linen) and a highchair are available free of charge upon prior request.
