Villa Mimosa 5 is a linked three bedroom villa with private pool in Vale do Lobo. This charming property has traditional decoration which marks its character. Spread over two floors, on the ground floor is the kitchen, a living/dining room, a cloakroom and two bedrooms. On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom.
Situated in an enviable position and benefiting from breathtaking views of the Royal golf course and far reaching Atlantic Ocean. Villa Mimosa 5 is within easy walking distance of the famous Praça with a choice of restaurants and bars and the golden sandy beach.
Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rate. Air conditioning is available upon prior request for a weekly supplement.
Living Areas
The kitchen is decorated in marble and natural wood and is fully equipped with oven, hob, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The dining area has a rectangular table with seating for six persons and shares its space with the living area
which has two sofas and a TV with free view UK channels, a DVD player and a CD player.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The accommodation comprises three twin bedrooms (with twin beds together) all with en suite facilities.
On the ground floor one of the bedrooms has a shower room and the other one has a bathroom.
On the first floor the master bedroom is equipped with two sinks, a bath and walk in shower. This bedroom benefits from a large terrace where, again the views to the golf course and ocean are stunning.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead from the living/dining room to a covered terrace perfect for eating outdoors, a sunbathing area, a private 6m x 3m (approx.) swimming pool which can be heated for the months from May - October for a daily supplemental charge (minimum booking 7 days), and fabulous views across the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf Course to the ocean.
Location
The location is a 10 minute stroll from the ‘Praca’ with its cafes and restaurants, and the golden sandy beach.
Other Items
Rates include a daily cleaning service from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
