The Property is designed over two levels, the main living area is the ground floor where you will find an exceptionally spacious, comfortable living room with dining area complete with marble flooring; wood burning fireplace; and Lazer TV with many English channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports.
The kitchen is fully fitted, and complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc.
On the upper level is the spacious master bedroom (bed measures 1.60m x 1.95m) with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower unit, and a large terrace with more of those fantastic views and sunsets. A safe is situated in the master bedroom and is available for clients use.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin. The double bedroom (bed measures 1.60m x 1.95m) has an adjacent bathroom and the twin bedroom has an en suite shower and washbasin. Also on the ground floor there is a guest cloakroom with WC.
At the far end of the lounge there are sliding patio doors which lead to the covered terrace - ideal for eating al fresco - and sunbathing area with 6 sunbeds and drinks tables. The private swimming pool is ideal for cooling off. The crowning glory of this property is the view from either of the two terraces which both look over the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf Course, to the ocean.

Rates include maid cleaning preparation service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels and three days of maid service per week for a period of two hours at at time.
Winter heating is now available via the air conditioning units, and there is no charge for this heating during the winter months.
