Villa Rosemaria in Vale do Lobo is a comfortable five bedroom villa, with an additional study/sixth bedroom - the accommodation in this property is spacious and very versatile. The villa, with private pool, is just a short walk from the golden beach and the bars, shops and restaurants at the ‘Praca’ area.

Living Areas

This excellent family villa is comfortably furnished and offers air-conditioning in the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. The large lounge has been decorated in al contemporary design, a trend which continues throughout this property. A fireplace, TV via internet, DVD and CD player feature in this open-plan lounge/dining room and patio doors lead to a covered terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. This main living space incorporates a generous dining area which sits adjacent to the large, fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is finished with granite worktops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer and integrated wine rack. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.The study/ sixth bedroom is on the entrance level to left of main entrance.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Sleeping accommodation is set on two levels, some rooms provide further sleeping options, as beds can be made up as either two singles or a double. The master bedroom is on the ground floor (bed measures 1.95m x 2.05m) and has patio door access to the terrace; this room features a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, TV, DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bath and separate shower unit. On this level there is also a double bedroom (which is two twins made up as a double bed measures 1.75m x 1.95m) ) with an en suite bathroom; and an additional study, with a sofa-bed that can easily be used as a sixth bedroom. A guest cloakroom completes the amenities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor are a further three bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and patio door access to the garden. The first of these bedrooms is a twin room which also has a TV and DVD player and a slide-out single mattress enabling the room to sleep three people; the second room is a twin bedroom (bed measures 1.80m x 2m) that can be made up as a double and the third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds (mattresses 82cm x 193cm) suitable for children.

Outside Space

The large private garden is laid mainly to lawn and is flanked by banks of mature trees and shrubs. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing on the generous pool terrace and the swimming pool, measuring 11.2m x 5.25m, can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is also a gas barbeque for ‘al fresco’ dining on warmer days.

We can offer this property at a four bedroom rate during low season periods and for late bookings. In this eventuality, the third bedroom on the lower ground floor with the bunk beds will be closed, and the additional sofa bed in the ground floor study will not be made up.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
