Casa Liberdade is an impressive four bedroom villa, exclusive to Sun-hat villas and centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The property has recently undergone an extensive renovation/improvement project with the addition of new facilities making it perfect for family holidays- whilst at the same time retaining plenty of the original house's charm and character. Features include a heated pool; flat screen TVs in every bedroom with English cable channels; games room with pool table; exterior table tennis table and table football; a free welcome food pack and much, much more!

The interior decor of Casa Liberdade is a calm and cheerful combination of classical and modern. Here you can relax and enjoy the Algarvian lifestyle throughout the whole year.

This four bedroom property can sleep 9 persons upon request with the use of the sofa bed in the 1st floor TV room which is suitable for one person to sleep on.

Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout the property are included in the rental rates. Also please note the owner of the villa kindly provides a free welcome food pack for all arrivals- you can see the contents on the supplemental items section.

Living Areas

The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, where you can relax and enjoy the wide range of English language cable channels on the flat screen TV- including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports- or perhaps enjoy one of your favourite DVDs. From the living room, patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace, and next door to the living room is the superbly equipped dining room- with a/c, CD player and Bluetooth speaker, and table and chairs for 10 persons. From the dining room patio doors lead to the shaded exterior dining terrace.

Also superbly equipped is the kitchen- with a wide range of appliances including a filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, electric induction hobs, extractor, oven, juicer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, sandwich toaster and washing machine.

Just off the kitchen area there is a small terrace with table and chairs, a great spot for your morning coffee, and a doorway takes you to the games room, complete with a pool table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Casa Liberdade have wall mounted TVs, air conditioning, blackout curtains and shutters to all windows. All bathrooms have soaps, shower gels etc provided. Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is the ground floor master suite, and is complete with a double bed, doors to the pool side terrace and an en suite with shower unit and bath.

Bedroom two has a double bed (two twins together to make a double) and bedroom three has twin beds. These two bedrooms can share the use of the adjacent family bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, or alternatively guests in one of these bedrooms can use the shower room next to the entrance hallway.

Bedroom four is the master suite and this is situated on the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a brand new en suite shower room. Also on the first floor and next to the master suite is the TV room, which along with the flat screen TV and a drinks fridge, it has a sofa with a pull-out bed which is suitable for one additional adult or two children( 12 and under) to sleep on, upon request. From the TV room patio doors lead to the private first floor terrace- a great place to relax in the sunshine.

Outside Space

Casa Liberdade has fabulous, spacious exteriors with different areas for the family to enjoy the different activities available. You can unwind on the sun loungers on the lovely poolside terrace, which has brand new decking. The saltwater pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 9,5 x 4,5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.20 metres in depth, the mid level is 1.30 metres and the shallow end is 0.90 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. To the side of the poolside terrace is the dining terrace, with table and chairs (seating for 10) and parasol for shade. Here you can enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on either the gas BBQ or the traditional charcoal BBQ. On the front side of the garden there is a table tennis table- perfect for those holiday tournaments- or alternatively you can show your skills on the table football table. All around the garden there are various fruit trees, including figs, apricots, mangoes, lime, limes, lemons and oranges to name but a few.There really is plenty to keep you entertained at Casa Liberdade!

Location

Casa Liberdade enjoys a central position in the prestigious resort of Vale de Lobo, with the Vale de Lobo tennis centre within close walking distance. The main reception and golf club house, where you will find shopping, a restaurant and a bank, is close by. Also easily accessible are the beautiful beach and the lively Praca, where you will find a selection of bars and fine restaurants.

Other Items

Maid cleaning service is Monday-Friday, 2 hours per day. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers in every bathroom are provided for your convenience. Please note that pets are not allowed at this villa.
