Overview

Casa Potes is a spacious five bedroom villa with private pool located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo. The golden beach at Vale do Lobo and the Praca with its choice of beach front restaurants, cafes and bars are approximately 15 minutes walk or a short drive away.

The property, which is accessed through electric entrance gates onto a private parking area is built over three levels and has the benefit of air conditioning in the bedrooms and wireless internet access is also included.

Living Areas

Open plan living and dining room complete with TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; Wi-fi internet; DVD player and home music system and patio doors leading to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American style fridge freezer; microwave; oven; sandwich toaster; filter coffee maker; kettle; toaster; gas hobs; extractor and dishwasher. Washing machine in exterior utility room.

On the lower level of the property is the superb games area with pool table, table tennis table, wall mounted TV and table tennis table. There is also an air conditioned social area which serves bedrooms four and five with a small kitchenette, table and chairs and wall mounted TV.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground (entrance) level of the villa and has twin beds; split unit a/c; wall mounted TV and en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of Casa Potes. Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed, wall mounted TV, a/c, dressing area with safe, door to the terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, spa corner bath and separate shower unit.

Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, patio doors to a large private terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. This room is not suitable for families with young children due to the design of the balcony railings on the terrace.

Bedrooms four and five are on the lower level of the property. Bedroom four has a double bed and wall mounted TV; bedroom five has twin beds, split unit a/c and a wall mounted TV. These two bedrooms share the use of the adjacent family bathroom.

Outside Space

The freeform swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 4 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres and the shallow end is 1.00 metre. Exterior shower facility and BBQ.

Location

Casa Potes enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo and the tennis centre is only a short stroll away. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week with bathroom towels changed midweek and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
