Overview

Sun-hat are delighted to introduce Apartment Sweet Caroline, a very stylish two bedroom property set across three levels and fully refurbished to a high standard. Bright, modern and thoughtfully designed, it offers comfortable accommodation in an excellent location close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, with a small children’s playground just a minute’s walk away.

The apartment sleeps up to five guests, with one of the bedrooms featuring a single sofa bed, making it ideal for families. Air conditioning is provided throughout and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets, allowing you to enjoy the warm evenings in comfort. The owner of this property is a Vale do Lobo club member.

Living Areas

Step into the air conditioned, open plan living area, renovated to a high standard to make excellent use of the space and create a bright and welcoming setting. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas and features a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV offering a wide range of English language channels via IPTV, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests are welcome to log-in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Patio doors lead out to a private balcony with a table and seating for four, a traditional Weber charcoal BBQ and a parasol for shade, making it a great space for relaxed al fresco dining.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you are likely to need during your stay, including an under-counter fridge with a separate freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, an integrated electric oven with grill and a microwave, a kettle, four electric hobs, an extractor fan and a washing machine. A convenient breakfast bar with four stools provides a casual spot for morning coffee.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the living area, stairs lead up to bedroom one, a spacious double room with a zip and link bed measuring 1.80m x 2m, which can be arranged as twin beds upon prior request, each measuring 0.90m x 2m. There is also a single sofa bed suitable for children up to the age of 16, available on prior request. The room includes fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV for streaming. Guests have use of the adjacent shower room, which features double vanity units and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a charming Juliet balcony, allowing in plenty of natural light.

A further flight of stairs leads to bedroom two, a bright twin room with beds each measuring 0.90m x 2m. This room also offers a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, again for streaming only, fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning, along with an adjacent shower room complete with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two sun loungers, creating a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Outside Space

From the lounge, patio doors lead out to the private balcony, complete with a table and seating for four people, a traditional Weber charcoal BBQ and a parasol for shade, making it a great space for relaxed al fresco dining.

Location

The exclusive resort of Vale de Lobo provides everything you need for a perfect holiday, including fine shopping, international cuisine, 24-hour security, and unrivalled sports and leisure facilities, which include the nearby Tennis centre with eight hard courts (four of them floodlit) and four floodlit artificial clay courts. It’s also home to eight floodlit padel courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a pro shop and a bar and restaurant.

Vale do Lobo's club house is where you will find the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant; shops and a spa. There are two excellent 18-hole golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars & restaurants and entertainment during the summer months.

Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. A hairdryer, pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.
