Living Areas
The apartment has an air conditioned living area, open plan to the kitchen. This brand new kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include an integrated oven with 4 electric hobs, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and table and chairs for 4. Lazer cable TV offers plenty of UK channels on the flat screen TV including Sky sports, BBC and ITV.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Up four steps from the living room is bedroom one which is a bright twin bedroom with family bathroom next door. Up a flight of stairs from this level is bedroom two, an air conditioned twin bedroom with beds together and with a bathroom with shower next door. Patio doors lead to an outside area with two sunbeds.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead from kitchen/diner to a private out door space. Table and chairs for 4.
Location
Located in a peaceful area of Vale do Lobo and near to 'tennis valley'. Apartment Roma has easy parking access and it is located only a short distance from the beach and other leisure facilities.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek clean and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel and linen change. There is a safe and a hairdryer in the property for your convenience.
Sun-hat clients are entitled to use the luggage storage facility at the Vale do Lobo tennis centre free of charge on their arrival or departure day. Whilst there, clients can use the showers (you will need your own towels) and the communal pool facility which has a charge of €10.00 per person.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
