Welcome to Apartment Chevvy, a three bedroom, single level ground floor property with a private plunge pool. This south-facing dwelling offers an abundance of natural light and has been thoughtfully designed to meet all your holiday needs. Located in a prime position within Vale do Lobo's tennis valley the property is just a short 5-minute drive or 15/20-minute walk to the beach.

Air conditioning and high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The bright and spacious, air conditioned living area is complete with an L-shaped cosy corner sofa, double sided fireplace, wall mounted flat screen TV offering an extensive selection of cable channels including popular English language options like BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and patio doors that open onto a south facing terrace with bench seating, a table with six chairs and two sunbeds. Enjoy family meals in the dining area furnished with a table with two benches and two chairs.

The open-plan fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including an integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, four electric hobs, extractor, toaster, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and a washing machine. Start your day with a cup of Dulce Gusto coffee sitting at the breakfast bar complete with six stools!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with single beds that can be arranged to form a double bed upon prior request. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the south-facing terrace.

Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the south-facing terrace.

Outside Space

Embrace the outdoor lifestyle with not one, but two terraces designed to elevate your relaxation. The south-facing terrace off the lounge boasts a spacious rectangular table with seating for six and comfortable bench seating that surrounds the terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining.

Meanwhile, the pool terrace beckons you to bask in the sun on one of the four sunbeds or take a cooling dip in the plunge pool measuring approx. 6m x 3m and has a ladder for entry. For the budding chefs in your party, fire up the gas BBQ, and enjoy a meal at the outside dining table. There is also a swing seat to laze away the day with a good book!

Location

Located within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy, and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.

There are two excellent golf courses in the resort of Vale do Lobo, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants.

Other Items

Weekly maid service is included, bed linen and towels changed weekly, except weekends and bank holidays. Pool towels, hairdryers and two safes are provided for your convenience.
