Sun-hat are very proud to be featuring this top of the range, luxury four bedroom villa with heated pool. Villa Marcia has been completely refurbished to the highest standard throughout. The villa is situated in a superb central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo - and is ideal for accessing the famous Praca area, the beautiful beaches and the tennis centre - making it perfect for your family holiday.

This four bedroom villa can sleep up to 9 persons (upon prior request) as the children's room can sleep three- although please note that the villa is furnished for 8 persons only.

Living Areas

The contemporary kitchen has split unit air conditioning and is fully equipped with appliances including an electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The washing machine, iron and ironing board and an extra drinks fridge are in a separate adjacent utility room. The kitchen table has seating for eight people, there is also sofa seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

The living/dining area is open plan, spacious and air conditioned. Furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table with seating for six persons, this room is complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels, including Sky Sports, BT sports, BBC, ITV and children's programs. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

There is an area in the lounge for the gamers in your family, with its own flat screen TV and a Playstation 4 (bring your own games).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor you have bedroom one which is a double room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Upstairs to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, dressing area with a digital safe and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a separate shower unit. Bedroom three is a child's room with single bunk beds and a further single bed, and this room has air-conditioning. Adjacent to bedroom three is a shower room. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

The free form swimming pool measures approximately 9 metres x 4 metres and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. There are two covered eating areas complete with table and chairs, a parasol, gas BBQ and eight sun loungers.

Location

Villa Marcia enjoys a central position in the prestigious resort of Vale de Lobo, with the Vale de Lobo tennis centre within close walking distance. The main reception and golf club house, where you will find shopping, a restaurant and a bank, is also close by. Easily accessible are the beautiful beach and the lively Praca, where you will find a selection of bars and fine restaurants.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week; bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; bed linen changed weekly. A hair dryer, pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.
