Villa Lucibela in Vale do Lobo is a modern three bedroom linked villa with swimming pool. The property is situated very close to the recreational facilities of Tennis Valley, which boasts a gym, café, restaurant and, of course, the tennis academy. Villa Lucibela has a pleasant outlook, set amongst snaking cobbled pathways and landscaped gardens.
The spacious open-plan living and dining room is comfortably furnished along clean, modern lines. The room has a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV; Wi-Fi internet; CD player and a wood burning fireplace, making the property ideal for all year round retreats.
There is a modern fitted kitchen, which includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
The two twin ground-floor bedrooms are situated in their own wing off the communal living area and have use of an adjoining bathroom; the first twin is 2 beds together ( measuring 1.80m x 2m) the second twin room has a novel bunk-bed arrangement with a double bed (bed measures 1.9m x 1.5m) on the lower level and single on the upper. Both bedrooms are spacious and fresh, with modern light-wood floors and split air-conditioning units in each bedroom. A separate cloakroom completes the downstairs amenities. Upstairs, the master double bedroom (bed measures 1.80m x 2m) also benefits from wood flooring and modern furnishings and a full en-suite bathroom. Double patio doors open onto a generous private sun terrace.
Patio doors open from the sitting area onto to a covered terrace and pretty poolside patio, which provides plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. There is an 8m x 4m pool, which can be heated for a supplemental charge. The villa has a barbecue for outdoor cuisine.
The golden beach and a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops at the ‘Praca’ are also within walking distance.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change (linen changed weekly) and air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
