Villa Alicia in Vale do Lobo is a charming three bedroom linked villa with pool and air-conditioning throughout. Situated between the 15th Fairway of the Royal Golf Course and the Tennis Academy this property overlooks lawn and pine trees. Air conditioning and central heating make this villa an ideal holiday retreat at any time of the year.
Crisp black and white tiles in the entrance hall set the style for the ground floor. The spacious lounge is attractively furnished and has a wood burning fireplace, wi-fi internet, TV with freeview channels including BBC & ITV and CD player/ radio. At the other end of the lounge the dining area with serving hatch is adjacent to a modern fitted kitchen which is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (cafetiere).
A wing leading off the communal living area on the ground floor, houses the two twin bedrooms that are served by a separate bathroom. A cloakroom with shower in the hallway completes the ground floor amenities. The master double bedroom upstairs has a full en-suite bathroom with twin sinks. Double patio doors lead to a spacious roof terrace, which is an ideal place for more secluded sunbathing.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to give access to a covered ‘al fresco’ eating area and charcoal barbeque. The pretty poolside patio with 7.3m x 3.4m pool provides plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.
Within walking distance of the golden beach and the shops and restaurants of the 'Praca'.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
Whilst most of our 2023 rates are now confirmed, there are still a few published rates that are based on 2022 rates and we will advise at the time of booking if this is the case.
