Overview
Villa Harmony is a welcoming three bedroom linked villa with its own private pool which can be heated for a weekly supplement. Set in a prime central location within the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, positioned between the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf Course and the Tennis Academy, it’s an ideal base for both relaxation and activity.
The property offers three comfortable double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living area. Outside, a generously sized poolside patio overlooks lawns and mature pine trees, creating a peaceful spot to unwind in the Algarve sunshine.
Villa Harmony is within easy walking distance of the Tennis Academy The golf clubhouse, beautiful beach and the renowned Praça, with a selection of restaurants, bars and seasonal evening entertainment, is approximately a 15/20-minute walk away.
Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rate for your comfort and convenience.
Living Areas
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a kettle, toaster, four electric hobs, an extractor, a sandwich maker, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, and an air fryer. A convenient door leads to the outside clothes drying area.
The spacious open plan lounge and dining room are comfortably furnished including a table and seating for six people, an 'L' shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room (1.80m x 2.0m bed) with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom two is a double room (1.50m x 2.0m bed) with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms one & two share the central bathroom with double vanities.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find the spacious master bedroom suite (1.70m x 2.0m bed)) with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the large private terrace furnished with two chairs and there is also an electric awning to provide some shade.
Outside Space
From the living room, patio doors open directly onto the pool and terrace. The shaded outdoor dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, making it ideal for relaxed meals outdoors.
The oval-shaped swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and is accessed via a ladder. Pool heating is available for an additional weekly supplement. The surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers, and an electric awning provides welcome shade when needed. A garden gate gives direct access to the communal lawns.

The exclusive resort of Vale de Lobo provides everything you need for a perfect holiday- unrivalled sports and leisure facilities which include two magnificent 18-hole championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; a Tennis Academy with 14 courts, padel, a Spa, a supermarket, 24 hour security, and not forgetting the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants, and eateries, and family entertainment during the summer months.
Perfect for walking, running, or cycling enthusiasts, there are now miles of magnificent walkways over the nearby Ria Formosa nature reserve, an area of stunning natural beauty and considered by some as one of Portugal’s seven natural wonders.
Faro Airport is approximately a 20 minutes drive. Water sports, horse riding and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive.

Rates include a mid week maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change, and a weekly maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
