Villa Filipana is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that has undergone a recent interior refurbishment to a very high standard. The villa has a great pool and is situated in a convenient central location in the heart of Vale do Lobo, close to the facilities of Tennis Valley and within walking distance of the beach and Praca. With Wi-Fi internet and a central air cooling system throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

This villa is built on one level amid established trees, hedges and shrubs in a smart residential quarter of Vale do Lobo. Access is via a hallway and the main living area is a light, airy open plan lounge and dining area complete with feature fireplace, Apple TV & Lazer TV which has a wide range of English language cable channels available including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV, There is a SONOS music system with an outside speaker available. From the living room, patio doors open directly onto the covered terrace. There is also a sun awning available to use off the lounge.

For indoor food preparation there is a fitted kitchen with granite worktops and fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hobs and oven.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms have twin beds prepared together with a double throw and all have their own private en suite bathroom facilities. There is also an additional guest cloakroom in the villa. The master bedroom has direct patio door access to the poolside.

Outside Space

The covered terrace is the ideal place to enjoy ‘al fresco’ meals. An expansive sun terrace extends across the rear of the property to the built-in BBQ. Next to the covered terrace a flight of steps leads up to the roof terrace. The garden is laid to lawn, with a focus on the pool and there is an outdoor shower for the benefit of bathers. The pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 10 metres x 6 metres, and the pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is space for parking on the villa driveway, protected by the entrance gates.
