Living Areas

Walking through the entrance, introduces you to the lounge area, there are two to be precise so this villa has plenty of room in which to relax. Far reaching sea and pool views from the lounges certainly give this property that 'Wow' factor. A flat screen TV offers a wide range of UK and international channels via the IPTV box. Music system with Bluetooth connectivity. The dining area is conveniently located next to the lounge and kitchen and offers comfortable seating for 8, again with lovely views to the countryside. The patio doors lead out to the balcony where there are two alternative flights of steps that lead down to the pool area.

The modern air conditioned kitchen is very smart offering the full package including coffee machine,blender, integrated microwave and oven, 4 x electric hobs, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and doors leading out to a terrace area. The washing machine is housed in a utility room off the kitchen.

Down on the lower level, the garage space has created the games room, with flat screen TV with Xbox console (there are a few games available or please bring your own); table tennis table; pool table and table football table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

A guest bathroom with shower is situated by the entrance hallway. Upstairs, bedroom one is an air conditioned twin room with plenty of wardrobe space, with access to the balcony with fabulous views. This bedroom shares a family bathroom with bedroom two which again is a twin room with the same access to the outside balcony. Bedroom three is the master air conditioned double bedroom with a full length mirror and an added space for the separate wardrobe space and a separate balcony. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

Outside Space

Private entrance with electronic gates lead to this impressive villa. This elevated villa offers balconies on the upper level with plenty of space to relax and take in the countryside views. There are two accesses down to the pool via flights of steps that bring you to the inviting pool area. The private pool is free form in shape and measures approximately 10 metres x 4 metres with roman steps- perfect for those morning swimming laps. Sun loungers by the pool top off this relaxing space. A portable gas BBQ is provided for those balmy summer Algarve nights on the veranda.

Villa Laransol is located 10 Kms away from the bustling night life of Vilamoura marina, and just 1,2 km to the nearest supermarket. The village of Boliqueime, where there are bars, restaurants and a chemist is only 5 minutes drive away or a 10-15 minute walk

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover clean, towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, a hair dryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
