We recently attended the Lincolnshire Media Business Awards where, we're delighted to say, our UK operations manager, Ann Evison, scooped the award for employee of the year.

Ann, who has been working with us for 10 years, was delighted to be able to have a double celebration, as it was her birthday the day after the ceremony.

She received the award due to her passion for the role by exceeding our customers’ expectations and ensuring they go on the types of holidays they’ve always dreamed of. With the help of our managing director, Peter, she has developed her knowledge and understanding of our specialist area, the Algarve, and grown from a sales representative to our UK operations manager; and now manages a team of four.

The team are all thrilled for Ann, and this recognition is a real testament to her dedication to the company. She consistently receives fantastic customer feedback and has gained a growing number of repeat clients that specifically ask for her by name, which has been great for our development.

As well as celebrating Ann’s success, we also had brilliant time socialising with other local businesses based in Lincolnshire and enjoyed wearing out finest black-tie attire for the evening. Heartfelt congratulations to all of the winners and finalists!
