Miceli is a restaurant meticulously crafted to communicate and impart the adoration and reverence they hold for the art of cooking – the kind that endures across generations, the unpretentious, the masterfully executed. This culinary approach originates from the fresh ingredients sourced during the chefs daily visits to the market.

Nestled within a 19th-century Majorcan residence that witnessed the upbringing of our chef and her siblings, this small, familial establishment has now evolved into Miceli. Its purpose is to provide you with a delightful and joyous experience at the dining table, accompanied by the attentiveness that every individual who values fine dining rightfully merits.

Miceli's menu is crafted afresh every morning at sunrise (although perhaps a few hours later). Following the ethos of the most traditional cuisine, the chefs curate an array of distinct dishes each day, drawing inspiration from the season's offerings and the most enticing products procured from the Inca market, which they frequent daily. When you're seated at your table, they will passionately describe the composition of the dishes they've prepared. You have the option to select individual dishes or opt for one of the two tasting menus. Consequently, with every visit to Miceli, you have the opportunity to explore a fresh facet of their culinary philosophy and approach.

Miceli's bar

Since December 2018, Miceli has been consistently present where each day begins: at the Mercat d'Inca itself. It's a market bar without tables and operates without a menu, just like Miceli. The daily offerings, including sandwiches, tapas, and the dish of the day, are displayed on their blackboards. They also offer an extensive selection of vermouths and wines available by the glass.
