Ferrer de S’Horta is well-located for the lovely little village of S’Horta with its local supermarket, bakery, bank, and bars/cafes/restaurants, and just a 10 minutes’ drive to cosmopolitan Cala D’Or and its pretty sandy coves.

It is a lovely property that has been completed renovated with a wonderful result!

Offering spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels, with modern furnishing and fittings, combined with beautiful rustic features such as high beamed ceilings beams and walls partially clad with rural stone, it really is a beautiful property and the perfect choice for a large family or group of friends looking to holiday together in Southeast Mallorca.

Outside, the rectangular swimming pool, with its surrounding sun-bathing terrace, overlooks the fruit garden and is a lovely spot to relax on those long lazy summer days. There is a spacious covered terrace by the kitchen with dining table & chairs, and a built-in brick barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals. There is another terrace with a lemon tree and aromatic plants as well as a small, covered area with a sofa and two hanging chairs.

Ground floor – 2 twin bedrooms, both doors to terrace and en-suite shower rooms, 1 guest cloakroom.

First floor - 3 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. All these bedrooms have access to a terrace with chairs and sunshades; perfect to relax and enjoy the views of country and the coast in the distance.

Balearics Tourism License – ET-4289

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
