An attractive property, it offers comfortable, light & airy accommodation on two levels, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor of the villa, and a further 2 bedrooms in the poolside annexe, and is the perfect choice for a large family or group looking to holiday together but looking for space & independence in the layout of their holiday accommodation.

Just a short distance of 0.7km to the lovely little village of S’Horta with its local supermarket, bakery, bank, and bars/cafes/restaurants, and just a 10 minutes’ drive to cosmopolitan Cala D’Or and its pretty sandy coves.

A rectangular swimming pool 12m x 6m (depths – 1m - 1.7m) set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds, a lovely spot for sunbathing, surrounded by a garden laid to lawn, dotted with palm trees, and enclosed by hedges. A covered terrace off both the main villa & the separate annexe, with table & chairs, built-in barbecue for alfresco dining and a table tennis table for entertainment.

Ground floor – 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 guest cloakroom.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with dressing area, doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with separate shower), 1 twin bedroom with dressing area, doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with separate shower).

Exterior access to poolside annexe – 2 twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Balearics Tourism License – VT-2155

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
