Casa Daisy is a terraced townhouse built on three levels located in a tranquil urbanization near Almancil, just 10 minutes drive away from the coast and the beautiful beaches. This 3-bedroom house has a private pool, a cosy and private outdoor space and a games room with a pool table and a summer bar. Great to spend some quality time with family or friends.

Living Areas

On the ground floor level you will find the open plan lounge & dining area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, there is a flat screen TV showing Portuguese, English and American cable channels. The dining area has seating for six and the patio doors open onto the upper covered terrace with a table and two chairs. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, four gas hobs and an electric oven. There is also a breakfast counter with two stools and a guest cloakroom.

On the lower level you will find bedroom three, the utility room and the games room. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room features a pool table, table football table and an electronic darts board. There is a bar equipped with a drinks fridge and the patio doors open onto the pool terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper level you have bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, there is a small wall mounted TV showing some Portuguese, English and American channels, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the front terrace. Bedroom two has beds that are of a bunk bed style- with the top bunk being accessed via a sturdy ladder. There are fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Patio doors open onto the private balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom three on the lower level is a double room with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with a shower.

Outside Space

The covered terrace has dining table and seating for six, there is a built-in brick BBQ, bread oven and outside sink. The swimming pool measures approximately 6 metres x 3 metres, there is an outside shower and a hammock to laze away the hot summer days.

Location

Casa Daisy is situated in the urbanization of Santa Catarina, just on the outskirts of Almancil and the Golden Triangle. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is just a 20 minute drive from Faro airport and a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Loule, and still only a 10 minute drive to the award winning golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

A hairdryer is available for guests use, pool towels can be requested for an extra supplement. Wi-fi internet and air conditioning in the two upper bedrooms are included in the rental rates.
