Casa no Sol is a 3 bedroom modern linked townhouse situated in Areeiro, close to the Vale Formoso countryside and the bustling town of Almancil; and also just a 10 minute drive from the famous resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Casa no Sol is a family home offering you the perfect comfortable break in the Algarve.

Living Areas

The spacious air conditioned lounge and diner has two large sofas along with a flat screen TV offering UK channels, BBC and ITV. There is Wi-fi throughout and also a DVD player. In the dining area a comfortable table and chairs seat six. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include 4 electric hobs, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. Patio doors give natural light and leads out to the outside dining area and pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one on the ground level is an air conditioned twin bedroom with double wardrobe space and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is upstairs and is a double air conditioned bedroom with en suite shower room with patio leading to a private balcony. Bedroom three is also upstairs and is also a double with air conditioning with en suite bathroom and a small private balcony.

Outside Space

The plot of Casa no Sol is completely private and enclosed. The inviting private swimming pool measures 8 metres x 4 metres (1.10 metre shallow end and 2 metre deep end). The outdoor dining area has an ample size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ.

Location

Casa no Sol is located just north of Almancil in the peaceful area of Areeiro and within a 15 minute drive of the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There a good selection of quality restaurants within short driving distance and the town of Almancil( approx 2kms away) has all of the facilities you need, including supermarkets, banks and chemists. Car hire is recommended

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches, many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve can be found here, along with the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
