Overview
Sun-hat is proud to introduce you to Townhouse A Crista, a lovely four bedroom property spread across three levels, complete with a private swimming pool. Tucked away in the exclusive ‘Crest’ development near Almancil, it’s in a great spot, being just a short drive from the world-class golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
Townhouse A Crista features electric blinds throughout with individual room controls, air conditioning, and fibre-optic Wi-Fi internet, all of which are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including four electric hobs, an extractor, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, an integrated microwave, electric oven, and a grill.
The air conditioned lounge and dining room are of an open plan design and include a dining table with seating for six people, a large comfy sofa & two chairs, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please remember to bring your log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.
On the lower level of the property, you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the entrance level and is a twin room (which can be prepared as a double upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Guests have use of the adjacent shower room.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom three has a pull-out bed, which can be prepared as a single or a double bed upon prior request, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room.
On the lower level of the property, you will find bedroom four, a twin room with natural light, which can be prepared as a double upon prior request, with fitted wardrobes, a fan, and an en suite shower room.
Outside Space
There is a shaded dining area complete with a table and seating for six people. Steps lead down to the free-form shaped plunge pool, which measures approximately. 5m x 3m and has a ladder for easy entry. The poolside terrace has sun loungers for the sun worshippers in the group. For the budding chefs, there is a Weber charcoal BBQ.
Location
The Crest is a gated development located on an elevated position boasting sweeping views down to the coast and conveniently located within a ten minute drive of the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, allowing your holiday to be as peaceful or action-packed as you wish. The nearby towns of Almancil and the historical city of Loulé both have all the facilities that you'll need during your holiday, including supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafes, restaurants, and banks. The recently built Mar Shopping complex with cinemas, a food hall, a designer outlet, and many more shops is also a ten minute drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a mid-week light cleaning service, and a bathroom towel change, and a weekly full cleaning service, which includes a bed linen change and another bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience. The villa is protected by electric gates and there is parking space for one car.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Almancil.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
