Sun-hat are proud to introduce you to Villa Ellena Rosa - a charming four bedroom property with a private swimming pool, ideally situated on an elevated plot in sought-after area of Vale Formoso, North of Almancil. The prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve & Vale do Lobo, with two excellent golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean are within close driving distance.

Villa Ellena Rosa also features an array of amenities to keep you entertained, including badminton and basket ball nets, a small outside gym, a table tennis table, and a darts board, all of which are great for some fun family tournaments.

Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The large air conditioned kitchen features a wooden table with bench seating and is well equipped with all appliances you'll need during your stay including a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a range cooker with a double oven & six gas hobs, an extractor fan, a microwave, a large wine cooler and an additional under the counter fridge. The utility room off the kitchen houses an American style fridge freezer, an LG washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron & ironing board. There is also a convenient door leading to the car parking area, ideal for unloading your groceries.

The air conditioned, split level lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished and include an 'L' shaped sofa and a leather armchair, a 65'' flat screen TV, a gas fireplace for the cooler months, a large dining table with eight chairs and patio doors which open onto the poolside terrace. A personal safe for guests use is found in the cupboard off the entrance level hallway and there is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two & three are found on the entrance level, these three bedrooms have zip & link beds which can be prepared as either single beds or double upon prior request.

Bedroom one is prepared as a twin room with two 0.90m x 2m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom with double vanity units. Bedroom two is prepared as a double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes, a flat screen Smart TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanity units. Bedroom three is prepared as a double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV, and an en suite shower room with double vanity units.

Stairs lead up to the master bedroom suite which occupies the entire first floor and features a double 1.80m x 2m bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite full bathroom with a separate bathtub, a walk-in shower, double vanity units and a heated towel rail. The glass surround covered balcony off the master bedroom is complete with split unit air conditioning and a comfortable leather sofa, and amazing views that stretch over the countryside to the coast. At the top of the stairs is a convenient media space with a desk and chair, ideal for those who have to mix a little work with pleasure.

Outside Space

The private garden features lawned areas and enjoys stunning panoramic views stretching to the coast, creating a wonderful space for relaxing and spending time together. There is plenty here to keep everyone entertained, including the covered exercise area is equipped complete with yoga mats, a weight bench, free weights and a rowing machine. The younger guests will find plenty of activities to enjoy, including a basketball net, football goal, badminton and table tennis table. The private swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has steps for easy access. Around the pool, the terrace is furnished with ample sun loungers, two swing seats and two parasols for comfortable days in the sun. Those who enjoy cooking will love the outdoor kitchen, which features a food preparation counter with sink, an Ooni pizza oven and a Beefeater gas barbecue. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the shaded dining table with seating for twelve, while an additional high table with eight stools provides a relaxed spot for drinks & a game of darts. For quieter moments, settle into the comfortable outdoor sofa with a good book or simply take in the beautiful uninterrupted views.

Ellena Rosa enjoys an elevated setting in the Vale Formoso area just north of Almancil, offering far reaching views across the Algarve countryside stretching towards the coast. Perfectly positioned, the villa is only a ten minute drive from the renowned resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, giving you the freedom to enjoy a peaceful retreat or a more lively holiday filled with golf, beaches and restaurants.

The nearby town of Almancil and the historic city of Loulé provide everything you may need during your stay, including supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafés, restaurants and banks. For even more choice, the recently built Mar Shopping complex is also just ten minutes away, home to cinemas, a vibrant food hall, a designer outlet and a wide selection of popular stores.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, with a mid-week light clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, a Bluetooth speaker, and a safe are provided for your convenience. For added convenience there is a shaded carport and the property is protected by electric gates.
