Overview
Casa Charlotte is a traditional four bedroom villa with a private pool, which can be rented as a three bedroom villa with the upstairs master bedroom closed or as the four bedroom bedroom villa. The three bedroom option is not available in peak season. Ideally located in the Areeiro area, close to the bustling town of Almancil and just a ten minute drive from the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Set over two levels, this charming property offers the four spacious bedrooms, a bright open plan living area and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. Outside, you will find inviting terraces, a lawned private garden and a swimming pool which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge, perfect for relaxed family days and easy outdoor living.
Air conditioning throughout and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rate, ensuring comfort during your stay.
Living Areas
Enter into the spacious open plan lounge and dining area complete with leather sofa seating, a flat screen TV with a wide selection of channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sorts and TNT Sports; split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the covered outside terrace.
The dining area features a table with seating for six people with further double patio doors opening onto the garden. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including five gas hobs, an extractor fan, fridge freezer, a microwave, a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a washing machine, electric oven & grill, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All bedrooms are air conditioned. Bedrooms one, two & three are found on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a twin room with (0.90m x 2m) beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.60m x 2m double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors that open onto the garden. Both bedrooms one and two share the family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.60m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Stairs lead up to bedroom four which is the master double (1.80m x 2m) suite with a wall mounted flat screen TV (same channels displayed as the living room TV), fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a corner bath tub, and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two tables with seating for twelve and a further two relaxing chairs. An iron spiral staircase leads down from this balcony to the garden and pool.
Outside Space
From the living area patio doors open onto the covered dining terrace furnished with comfortable rattan furniture and an outside dining table with six chairs. Two steps lead down to the poolside. The pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and can be heated for a weekly supplement, there is also an electric pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings. The surrounding private garden is laid to lawn and furnished with ample sun loungers and provides a peaceful setting to relax.
Location
Casa Charlotte is located in the peaceful area of Areeiro, just north of Almancil, in the heart of the golden triangle. There is a selection of good value restaurants to choose in the local area. Almancil town (approx. 2kms) is where you will find supermarkets, banks, chemists, shops, bars and restaurants. Heading north from the villa in the direction of Loule, an historical Portuguese town with a weekly market and a vibrant atmosphere. Mar shopping centre is just a 10 minute drive away, which has a wide variety of shops, eateries, a designer outlet, a shopping centre and cinemas. Horse riding is also in the local area.
Casa Charlotte is only a 10-minute drive from the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo, with world championship golf courses, fine restaurants. The fashionable Quinta shopping centre and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches can be found in this area. Car hire is recommended
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean with a bathroom towel change & bed linen change. Pool towels and hairdryers, are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Almancil.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
