Villa Juliana is a delightful four bedroom villa with a private pool and garden. This charming property is built on two levels and is the perfect setting for a truly relaxing family holiday. Located within a 20 minute drive from the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and within walking distance to the town of Almancil.

Living Areas

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven and grill, four electric induction hobs, extractor and a dishwasher. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, wine cooler, recycling points and an iron and ironing board.

The open plan lounge and dining room is complete with a table and seating for six people, ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of international cable channels including some English language channels, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly on to the poolside terrace and garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Upstairs to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share the adjacent full family bathroom. Off the upstairs landing is a private balcony with countryside views.

Bedroom four is a double suite with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

Outside Space

The large garden is laid to lawn in areas and is completely secure which is great for families with young children. The pool measures approximately 7m x 4m and has steps entry. There are eight sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. The partially covered dining area has a table with seating for six, a ceiling fan and outside sofas and chairs. The BBQ is charcoal.

Location

Villa Juliana is located north of Almancil in the area of Vale Formosa, here, you will find a good selection of restaurants including Henrique Leis, The Fat Frog, Barbacao steak house and A Quinta, all popular with the residents and holiday makers alike. There many local bars and cafes where you can also indulge yourself in local culture with cheap food and drink. Almancil train station is close by connecting you to Loule, Faro and Lisbon.

Whether you favour the cosmopolitan Marina at Vilamoura, the beaches of Vale Do Lobo or a round of golf at Portugal’s best championship golf courses in Quinta do Lago all are just 10-15 minutes away by car, so this villa ticks all the boxes and is ideally located.

Rates include a midweek small clean and towel change and a weekly changeover clean, towel and bed linen change. Pool towels are provided for guests use.
