Casa Esmeralda is the ideal base for guests seeking relaxation with a premium Algarve experience close at hand. Air conditioning and Wi-fi Internet are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
Inside, the villa offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The open plan air-conditioned lounge and dining area features comfortable sofas, a spacious dining table, and a flat screen TV with IPTV box offering English language channels, along with Wi-fi internet, this living area is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Algarve.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a relaxing stay, such as a washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. With direct access to the outdoor area, it’s easy to enjoy meals out on the terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All three bedrooms are inviting and air-conditioned for your comfort. Bedroom one is complete with a private en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower; bedroom two is also a double bedroom. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom and there is a separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower which serves bedrooms two and three.
Outside Space
Outside, the private swimming pool (8.00m x 4.00m) is the perfect place to cool off, surrounded by a peaceful garden that invites you to relax and soak up the sun. A gas barbecue sets the scene for leisurely alfresco dining on warm Algarve evenings. Casa Esmeralda is situated on a large plot which affords lots of privacy to guests.

Combining comfort, charm, and a great location, this villa provides an ideal setting for families and friends wishing to enjoy the very best of Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, and the surrounding areas. The town centre of Almancil is just a couple of minutes drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek light maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Please note that the photographs were taken in the winter and therefore some shading is showing on the pool area. New photographs will be retaken in the springtime.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
