Overview

Sun-hat is delighted to introduce Casa Da Joya, a recently built five bedroom villa set within a generously sized private garden and featuring its own swimming pool.

This contemporary property offers five comfortable double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, open plan living area, along with a guest shower room and cloakroom. The spacious master bedroom suite is located on the upper level, with further stairs leading up to a roof terrace. Outside, the poolside patio overlooks the garden, with mature trees and flowers providing a calm and relaxing setting.

Casa Da Joya is conveniently located just a short drive from Almancil town centre and the nearby market town of Loulé. The popular golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are both within a short drive.

Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout the property are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Enter into the bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This comfortable space is furnished with ample sofa seating and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, offering a wide selection of international MEO channels, including some English language options. Guests are welcome to use their own log-in details to access streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc. Double patio doors open directly onto the garden and pool, allowing plenty of natural light and easy access to the outdoor areas.

The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with three stools and a small wall mounted TV showing the same channels as the main TV. Appliances include an American style fridge freezer with an ice and drinks dispenser, a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a dishwasher, an integrated electric oven and microwave, a toaster, a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, a kettle, four electric hobs and an extractor fan. A separate door leads directly to the BBQ area and parking, making unloading shopping quick and easy. There is also a guest shower/cloakroom with a heated towel rail on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you have four bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room (1.80m x 2.0m) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with the same selection of channels as the previously mentioned TV's and use of the guest shower room with a heated towel rail.

Off the kitchen you will find bedrooms two, three and four. These bedrooms are next to each other and all have an interconnecting doors with each other, and direct access to the garden & pool. Bedrooms two & three are twin rooms (0.90m x 2.0m beds) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV's, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom four is a double room (1.60m x 2.0m) with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. There is also a sofa bed in this room which is available for a child up to the age of 16 years, upon prior request.

On the upper level you will find the master double suite (1.80m x 2.0m) with a wall mounted flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a free standing bath tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The property and garden are fully enclosed with a variety of mature plants and trees, creating a private and peaceful setting. The private overflow swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 4m and features steps for easy access, with a depth of around 1.20m at the shallow end and approximately 2m at the deep end.

The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, as well as parasols for those who prefer a little shade. The BBQ area, accessed directly from the kitchen, includes both a traditional charcoal BBQ and an additional gas BBQ, making it ideal for enthusiastic cooks and relaxed outdoor meals alike. For al fresco dining, a large covered outdoor table comfortably seats up to ten guests, while a comfortable rattan sofa and chairs provide a lovely spot to unwind with a good book.

Location

Casa Da Joya is located in the Cerro da Galo area, which is a short distance east of Almancil, a town in the heart of the golden triangle. There is a selection of good value restaurants to choose in the local area. Almancil town is where you will find supermarkets, banks, chemists, shops, bars and restaurants.

Casa Da Joya is only a 10 minute drive from the the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo, with world championship golf courses, fine restaurants, the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches can be found in this area. Heading north from the villa in the direction of Loule, a busy Portuguese town with a weekly market, and you are just 10 minutes away from the brand new Mar shopping centre, which has a wide range of shops, eateries, an outlet shopping centre and cinema.

Rates include a light mid week maid cleaning service & bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
