Overview

Sun-hat is extremely pleased to introduce you to Villa Misty Green, a recently built three bedroom linked property with its own private swimming pool and garden. The villa is set within a private condominium in the bustling town of Almancil, close to the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

This attractive property is built on three levels and features a modern design with high quality finishes throughout, creating a comfortable and stylish base for your holiday. Its excellent location places you within easy driving distance of some of the region’s best beaches and restaurants and a wide range of activities can also be enjoyed nearby, including horse riding, water sports and tennis.

Electric blinds feature throughout the property with a master main switch at the entrance and individual room controls. Wi-Fi internet and centralised air conditioning with individual room controls are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the open plan living area. The kitchen is well equipped with top-of-the-range appliances including an integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, a wine cooler, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a Krups coffee machine, four electric hobs, and an extractor fan. For added convenience there is also a breakfast counter and two stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming interior garden adding additional natural light to the room.

The lounge and dining area feature floor to ceiling patio doors, this space is comfortably furnished with a large table with seating for eight people, an 'L' shaped sofa and a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English speaking channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a guest cloakroom with a walk-in shower on this level.

On the lower level of the villa is the utility room which houses a Siemens washing machine, a Siemens tumble dryer, the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper level of the property are three elegant bedrooms. Bedroom one is the master suite with a 2m x 2m King size bed, a spacious walk-in dressing area with a personal safe, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with views over the countryside furnished with comfy sofa seating. Bedroom two is complete with a 1.80m x 2m double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors which open onto a Juliet balcony. Bedroom three is a double room which again has a King size 2m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a Juliet balcony. Both bedrooms two and three share the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The covered outdoor dining area features a large round table with six chairs, creating a lovely setting for relaxed al fresco meals. An electric awning provides additional shade when required, making the space comfortable throughout the day. The private swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. The surrounding terrace is finished with faux lawn and is furnished with plenty of sun loungers, as well as a double day bed for those who enjoy soaking up the sun. For quieter moments, the outdoor sofa seating offers a comfortable spot to unwind with a good book.

Location

Villa Misty Green is located in the town of Almancil, in the heart of the golden triangle. Almancil town is where you will find banks, supermarkets, chemists, shops, bars and restaurants.

Villa Misty Green is only a 10 minute drive from the the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo, with world championship golf courses, fine restaurants, the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches can be found in this area. Heading north from the villa in the direction of Loule, a busy Portuguese town with a weekly market, and you are just 10 minutes away from the brand new Mar shopping centre, which has a wide range of shops, eateries, an outlet shopping centre and cinema.

For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include the midweek towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change.
