Sun-hat are proud to introduce Villa Anita, a magnificent six bedroom property, built on three levels and boasting a private swimming pool and putting green. Villa Anita's impressive entrance hall leads to the spacious living areas and offers an abundance of natural light. Situated in the prestigious urbanisation of Quinta Verde, just a short drive from the entrance to Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo, this location provides easy access to all the local amenities and golf courses. Villa Anita is the perfect property for a large families or a group of friends, accommodating up to 13 guests.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a central island and two accompanying stools, appliances include an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave and a further large oven; dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, five gas hobs, extractor, two fridge freezers and a additional smaller fridge and a toaster. A convenient door leads to the BBQ terrace and pool.

The lounge is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc); a Bose speaker and a feature fireplace. Triple patio doors open onto the pool and terrace. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for eight people. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the air conditioned utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is carpeted with a single bed (2m x 0.90cms), fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room (double bed1.95m x 1.80m) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small terrace with a table and two chairs.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a family room with a double bed (2m x 1.60m) and two further single beds (1.90m x 0.90m), a wall mounted small TV and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom four is a double room (2m x 1.60m) with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV and patio doors to a private terrace furnished with outside sofa seating and access to the garden via a flight of steps. Both bedrooms three and four share the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

On the upper level of the property are bedrooms five and six. Bedroom five is a carpeted twin room (1.90m x 0.90m) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a large shared balcony. Bedroom six is the master bedroom which is also carpeted and furnished with a king-size bed with a Smart TV hidden in the footboard, a dressing area, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the large shared balcony.

Patio doors off the upper landing lead to the large upper shared balcony overlooking the pool. This balcony is furnished with comfy outside sofa seating, two sun loungers and a parasol.

Outside Space

Villa Anita boasts a beautifully maintained garden with faux grass, surrounded by lush shrubs, trees, and plants. The swimming pool measures approximately 9m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement) and has an electric pool cover to help retain the heat. Villa Anita offers a covered dining terrace furnished with a large table and chairs. Whether you're hosting a barbecue or enjoying a meal al fresco style this is the ideal spot for the budding chef with a large gas BBQ, a food preparation counter, and a sink, this space has everything you'll need. The sun worshippers in the group will be delighted with the double and single sun loungers provided, as well as the two swing seats and a double day bed. If you're feeling active, you can test your putting skills on the putting green, complete with clubs and balls. And for those seeking pure relaxation, the comfortable exterior sofa seating and chairs, along with a parasol for shade, offer the perfect spot to unwind.

Location

Villa Anita is located in the urbanisation of Quinta Verde with its own 24hr security patrol. Within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses in Quinta do Lago itself and in nearby Vale do Lobo, and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful in the Algarve.
