Villa Angel is a beautifully renovated traditional Portuguese farm house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated in the Algarve countryside, close to the village of Monte Seco. The location of this country house is truly special, tucked away in the hills and with far reaching countryside views all the way to the coastline- and yet you are only 20 minutes drive from the bustling town of Loule. The villa is brand new to our rental portfolio and has everything that you would require for your relaxing villa holiday, including a private swimming pool and Wi-fi internet that is included in the rental rates.
Enter into the open plan lounge with a few steps up to the dining area and kitchen. The lounge has comfortable leather seating and a flat screen TV showing some Portuguese, English and American channels. There is a mezzanine level with a double sofa bed overlooking the lounge, up a few steps to the dining area with a table, with seating for six and a remote control ceiling fan. There are further steps up to the roof terrace with breathtaking views of the beautiful countryside all the way to the coast.
The modern well equipped kitchen with appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, four electric hobs, electric oven and large fridge freezer. Patio doors open onto a side terrace with fantastic views of the Algarve countryside. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room.
There is a shaded terrace outside the front door and a further roof terrace and a kitchen terrace. The pool measures approximately 9 metres x 5 metres and is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace. There is also an outside shower and a portable charcoal BBQ.
Approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro airport in the village of Monte Seco, north of the town of Loule in the beautiful Algarve countryside.
A hairdryer is available, pool towels can be requested for an extra supplement. Fans are provided for all rentals, although being of a traditional design the house has thick walls throughout creating a fresh feel to the interiors of the property.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2021 bookings are based on 2020 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2020 when contracts are signed.
