The villa is protected by an alarm system and electric gates and there is parking space on the villa’s driveway. Villa Arcos has central heating throughout and all of the bedrooms are air conditioned.

The entrance door of the villa leads you to the very spacious living/ dining room, complete with satellite television with English channels; DVD player; stereo, WiFi; log burning fireplace and office area. Patio doors take you outside to the covered terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances comprise of a dishwasher; fridge freezer; additional drinks fridge; oven and hobs (electric and gas); washing machine; microwave; toaster; kettle.

Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and adjoining shower room. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the garden terrace. Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and patio doors that also open onto the garden terrace. All bedrooms are air conditioned

Outside Space

Next to the traditional charcoal barbecue and sink unit there is a large covered terrace which overlooks the swimming pool measuring 11 metres x 6 metres (0.3 metres to 2 metres deep) which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and the poolside shower. There is also a roof terrace. It is just a short drive to the centre of Vilamoura where you will find the famous marina and casino. Browns leisure centre is within walking distance.
