Sun-hat are very proud to welcome you to The Millennium Plaza Villa, a stylish and spacious four bedroom linked property spread over four levels sleeping up to10 people, as the lower level bedroom features two double beds. With plenty of space to relax and unwind, it’s an ideal choice for families looking to enjoy a comfortable stay in Vilamoura. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool set in beautiful manicured gardens - simply perfect for relaxing in the Algarve sunshine.

The villa is ideally situated in the popular Pinhal area of Vilamoura, just a short distance from the Laguna and Millennium Golf Courses and the famous Vilamoura Marina. Here, you’ll find a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the marina’s lively atmosphere. The Millennium Plaza Villa is the ideal base for enjoying everything Vilamoura has to offer.

Air conditioning, underground parking, and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

On the entrance level, you’ll find a bright, open plan lounge and dining area alongside a modern, well equipped kitchen which has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, four cooking hobs (three gas and one electric), extractor fan, electric oven and grill, air fryer, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There’s also a wall mounted Smart flat screen TV and a convenient breakfast table and chairs, perfect to sit and relax with a morning coffee.

The air conditioned dining area is complete with a table and chairs and the lounge features an 'L' shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. To enjoy streaming platforms on the Smart TVs such as Amazon & Netflix, please bring your own log-in credentials. From the living area patio doors open onto a private terrace overlooking the communal gardens and pools. There is also guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The Millennium Plaza Villa has four comfortable bedrooms arranged across four levels, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy throughout their stay. All four bedrooms feature Smart TV's showing a wide selection of international channels including some English channels. From the villa entrance, stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a spacious double bedroom with a super king-size 2m x 2m bed. It features fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and a PlayStation 5 with two controllers (please bring your own games). This room also has an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool, complete with two sunbeds – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the sunshine.

Bedroom two, also on the first floor, is a comfortable double bedroom with a 2m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. There is also a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead out onto a private balcony with views across the surrounding area.

Continue upstairs to the top floor and bedroom three, another double bedroom with a 2m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a flat screen Smart TV. Please note that this bedroom has a low ceiling. This room uses the adjacent bathroom with shower unit. A patio door on the landing opens onto a private, front facing balcony furnished with two sunbeds – another great space to sit back and enjoy the sunshine.

Finally on the lower level of the villa is bedroom four which offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with two x 1.80m x 2m beds. The room also has a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV. This bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

Outside Space

From the lounge, patio doors open onto a private terrace, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the sunshine and the lovely communal garden views. The terrace has a charcoal BBQ, a table and chairs for relaxed outdoor dining, and a manual awning for shade when you need a break from the sun.

A gate from the terrace leads directly into the communal gardens and pool area. There are two pools to choose from – a larger pool for swimming and a smaller pool, perfect for younger children. The spacious grounds are laid to lawn and surrounded by scattered pine trees, creating a relaxed setting for sunny days by the pool.

Sunbeds are provided, and there’s also an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before or after your swim! With plenty of space to play and a family friendly pool area, it’s a great spot for both adults and children to enjoy.

At the entrance to the property there is a front terrace with a table and 2 chairs and a small gas BBQ. This area is located conveniently close to the villa's kitchen.

Location

The Millennium Plaza Villa is located in a peaceful and tranquil environment but only minutes away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water sports.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
