Sun-hat are proud to present villa Pinhal Velho no.25, a typically high quality, contemporary design villa located in the prestigious Vilamoura resort of Pinhal Velho.

Living Areas

Beautiful spacious open plan living areas. The living room features a separate comfy seating relaxation area with double patio doors leading to the poolside terrace and a TV lounge area packed with entertainment treats- a large flat screen TV, cable and satellite channels including sports, Blu-ray DVD player and a Bose Surround Sound system.

Open plan kitchen and dining area with dining table for 10 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with AEG and Smeg appliances, including a fridge freezer, wine chiller, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, juicer and central island with electric hobs and extractor.

On the lower level of the villa there is a laundry room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned, they are equipped with flat screen TVs and are complete with en suite bathrooms or shower rooms.

Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite shower room.

Bedroom two is a double room with a large walk-in shower en suite.

Bedroom three with doors to the terrace and an en suite with large walk-in shower.

Bedroom four is a twin room with doors to the side gardens and an en suite with large walk-in shower.

Bedroom five is the Master bedroom with double bed, doors to the side terrace and large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.

Outside Space

Extensive plot with lawn gardens and freeform design infinity pool with a separate shallow area. The main pool measures approximately 5 x 12 metres and the separate shallow pool measures approximately 3.5 x 4 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Terrace with built-in brick BBQ, patio furniture and exterior dining table.

Location

The exclusive residential area of Pinhal Velho is only a few minutes away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Other Items

Rates include a regular maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplemental charge.
