Overview

Villa Hibisco is a 5 bedroom property that has been completely refurbished to a premium standard to provide a modern and chic villa. The living area of the villa is on the upper level, and the lower level features the spacious pool and lawn garden, complete with BBQ area and table tennis table. Air conditioning and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The modern, well equipped kitchen has appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, electric oven & grill, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and extractor. The open plan lounge and dining area features a large dining table with seating for twelve people, a large wall mounted smart flat screen TV with Netflix (bring your own passwords) showing international cable channels, (including some English language channels), split unit air conditioning and double patio doors which open onto the upstairs balcony.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, Daikin split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, Daikin split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three is a double with fitted wardrobes, safe, Daikin split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, Daikin split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Bedroom five is a double room with fitted wardrobes, Daikin spilt unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower.

Outside Space

Off the lounge there is a balcony with a large dining table seating ten people, from here, a flight of stairs takes you down to the lower terrace with another large dining table seating twelve people, laid to lawn garden with shrubs, roses and palm trees. The pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and has a ladder entry. There is a table tennis table to enjoy family tournaments. A charcoal BBQ for cooking your al-fresco meals with a food preparation, a sink and a dishwasher.

Location

Villa Hibisco is situated in an quiet, ideal position within Vilamoura. Just 200 metres from the well known Vilamoura Old Course and 400 metres from Browns sports club which is actually across the road from the villa. Vilamoura Marina is a short 5 minutes drive away with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. There is also a supermarket, a restaurant and a cafe within walking distance. Vilamoura beach is approx. 5kms drive.

Maid service;- midweek clean and towel change, and weekly clean, bed linen and towel change. Pool towels, wi-fi and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates. A safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
