Inside, the spacious open plan lounge and dining area is both stylish and inviting, complete with a cosy fireplace, a bar, and large windows that open onto a front-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying sunset views. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with cable and international channels, including some English-language options. The dining area comfortably seats eight and flows seamlessly onto the outdoor patio, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed with both convenience and entertaining in mind, featuring air conditioning, a central island, integrated oven and microwave, gas hobs, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and there is a separate laundry room with an additional fridge, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is also direct access to the pool and barbecue area, making al fresco dining effortless.

The bedroom configuration includes a double en-suite bedroom with a 1.60m x 2.00m bed, en suite with walk-in shower, TV, air conditioning, and a front-facing view, as well as the master double en-suite bedroom with a 1.60m x 2.00m bed, TV, air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with double vanities, also with a front-facing view. In addition, there are two twin bedrooms with 0.90m x 2.00m beds and garden views, supported by a separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, the villa offers multiple leisure spaces. The private saltwater pool, measuring 10 metres by 5 metres with depths ranging from 1.20 to 1.90 metres, is complemented by eight sun loungers, umbrellas, and inviting seating areas. A covered outdoor barbecue room creates the perfect setting for social gatherings and long summer evenings.

An upper roof terrace, accessed via separate stairs, provides an additional space for relaxation, ideal for enjoying scenic views and starry skies.

The property is accessed via two electric gates connected by an internal driveway and offers ample parking both at the front and in a shaded side area.
