Open plan lounge and dining area with Cable TV( Meo*),. Doors lead to the poolside lawn and terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine in a utility cupboard.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor there is 1 x Twin with en-suite bathroom, 1 x Twin with sun terrace and adjacent Shower room.
There are two double en suite bedrooms on the first floor; one with balcony and views over to the garden, the other has a sun terrace with pool view and partial views of the sea.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace and fabulous garden area, very spacious, well maintained and includes a neat lawn sprinkled with a variety of colourful flowers and mature trees that provide a welcome shade. With child safety in mind, the swimming pool, which measures 6 x 6 metres with ladder entry, has the advantage of an automatic retractable rigid security cover that operates with the touch of a button. Shaded side terrace with patio furniture and portable charcoal BBQ.
Location
Located just 200 metres from the beach at Gale. There is a restaurant in close proximity to the villa and within walking distance to a wide range of local amenities, including bars and a supermarket. There is Wi-Fi available for clients.
Other Items
Monte Gale rates include midweek cleaning service and towel change, linen is changed weekly. The maximum capacity of the house is 8 adults and 1 baby, Saturday changeovers.
