Villa Leshy is a charming three bedroom villa with its own private pool. Spread across two levels, this property is situated on a generously sized plot, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled in a tranquil and secluded area, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the prestigious Quinta do Lago golf resort. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need during your holiday with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, extractor, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, and a coffee machine. The utility area off the kitchen houses the iron and ironing board.

The cosy, air conditioned lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV offering a variety of international cable channels, including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime etc). The dining area features a table with fixed bench seating, creating a comfortable space for your holiday meals.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one, located on the entrance level is a cosy double room featuring split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with garden views.

As you ascend the stairs, you'll find bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a delightful children's room, complete with bunk beds and an additional single bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite full bathroom. Bedroom three is a spacious double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. Step out onto the small balcony and enjoy the garden views. Off the upper landing there is a large patio with a table and stool seating.

Outside Space

The villa offers a huge, completely private, laid to lawn garden surrounded by pine and conifer trees. There is a partially covered seating area complete with comfortable rattan sofa seating. The charcoal BBQ is ideal for the budding chefs in the party to prepare your holiday al-fresco meals which can be enjoyed on the dining table with seating for up to eight people. The pool measures approximately 11m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry. There is a small children's pool section at the shallow end. If its sunbathing you enjoy this can be done on one of the six sun beds provided and when you're ready to cool off, an outdoor shower is at your disposal.

Location

Villa Leshy is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover clean, towel change and linen change. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience. Villa Leshy boasts a long driveway and has parking for several cars.
