Living Areas
The ground floor comprises the dining area with dining table to seat 6 persons, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Steps lead up to the living area with featured fireplace, TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to a small grass terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with adjacent shower room (bed measures 1.45m x 1.95m)
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is one twin bedroom leading onto a small terrace and one double bedroom with safe facilities (bed measures 1.35 x 1.90m). Both bedrooms share the use of the separate first floor bathroom.
Outside Space
Terrace with table and chairs available on the ground floor with charcoal barbecue facilities. Across from the entrance to the property there is communal children's play area.
Sun-hat clients are entitled to use the luggage storage facility at the Vale do Lobo tennis centre free of charge on their arrival or departure day. Whilst there, clients can use the showers (you will need your own towels) and the communal pool facility which has a charge of €5,00 per person.
Location
Situated near to the tennis academy in the prestigious golfing resort of Vale do Lobo. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2024 bookings are based on 2023 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2023 when contracts are signed.
