We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Las Dalias, a delightful three bedroom linked villa with private plunge pool that is located close to the tennis academy in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. This excellent property is perfect for your relaxing family holiday and features air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet connection which are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

High quality contemporary style kitchen, fully equipped with appliances including electric hobs, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, juicer and vegetable steamer. There is also a tumble dryer on the first floor. Next to the kitchen is the newly furnished dining area with table and chairs for 6 persons.

The air conditioned living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and is equipped with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky sports, BBC & ITV; DVD player; Wi-Fi internet connection and a Bluetooth speaker. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Villa Las Dalias are air conditioned. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property, and this room has twin beds, a wall mounted TV with the English language cable channels and an adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has a double bed, dressing area, wall mounted flat screen TV with the cable channels and this bedroom uses the adjacent family bathroom with double vanities and bath with shower over.

Bedroom three has twin beds and a brand new en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Outside Space

The main rear terrace features the private plunge pool, which is kidney bean shaped and measures approximately 6 x 3 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.00 metre in depth. The poolside terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers and the exterior dining table seats 6 persons, perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the charcoal BBQ.

At the entrance to the villa, the front terrace is furnished with a table and seating for 6 persons.

Location

Villa Las Dalias benefits from a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by where you will find a choice of eateries. There is also a children's play area within close walking distance.

There are two excellent golf courses in the resort of Vale do Lobo, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the very most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change, and the weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towel and linen change.

Hairdryers, pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

The villa sleeps up to a maximum of 6 guests, no extra beds are permitted.
