Villa Dominique in Vale do Lobo is a high quality, three bedroom linked villa with a private pool and terrace that overlooks Tennis Valley. Sun-hat guests at this property benefit from the use of the swimming pool and discounted rates at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy.
The front door opens into a hallway, which leads into an open-plan lounge/dining room with marble flooring. The room features comfortable sofas, Lazer satelite TV with many UK channels &Sky Sports, a wood-burning fireplace and a telephone which is metered for clients usage. The villa also has internet connection, however this is limited to web browsing and checking your personal emails only.
At one end of the living room, the dining table is situated next to a serving hatch that opens into the well equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee-maker and toaster etc.
Sleeping accommodation is spread over both floors in this property and all the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning. In a wing leading off the main living area, two twin bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with a walk-in shower unit and double vanities. One of the bedrooms has a safe. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor amenities. Up a winding staircase, the spacious master double bedroom (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and double vanities and patio doors that lead to a generous private roof terrace.
At the other end of the living area, double patio doors lead to a partially covered pool terrace where outdoor dining furniture and a built-in barbeque make the space ideal for eating outdoors. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and relax beside the private plunge pool, which measures approximately 4 metres x 6 metres, and the patio offers views over Tennis Valley.

Rates include a maid cleaning service twice per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
Sun-hat clients are entitled to use the luggage storage facility at the Vale do Lobo tennis centre free of charge on their arrival or departure day. Whilst there, clients can use the showers (there is a fee of €2.00 to rent a towel if required) and the communal pool facility which has a charge of €5,00 per person.
Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2023 bookings are based on 2022 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2022 when contracts are signed.
