Overview

Villa Java is a superb three bedroom, three bathroom linked villa located directly opposite the tennis centre in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The property features a private pool, full package satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet connection and much more. All of the bedrooms are en suite, and the property has been refurbished to a high standard throughout.

Living Areas

Modern and refurbished kitchen, equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hobs, oven and microwave. Dining area with additional drinks fridge.

Accessed via three steps, the comfortable living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky sports and UK Freeview channels; DVD player; Wi-Fi internet connection; Bose Bluetooth speaker and a tower fan. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and all beds are super king size and have mattress toppers. One of the bedrooms can be prepared as a twin upon request. Bedroom one is situated next to the living room and has an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is on the first floor of the villa and has an en suite shower room. Master bedroom three is also on the first floor of the villa and has an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

Exterior terrace with sunloungers, patio furniture, gas BBQ and a private kidney bean shaped pool which measures approximately 7 metres x 3 metres. There is also a South facing terrace with patio furniture next to the entrance to the property. Also with views looking over to the tennis centre, there is a South facing terrace on the first floor and also a small and private roof terrace- both of these terraces are lovely sun traps- perfect for relaxing and topping up the tan!

Location

Villa Java enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, and the tennis centre is just over the road, a short stroll away, and there is a choice of eateries here. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

The rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. A hairdryer in each bedroom and pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Villa Java is a VDL club member property and guests staying at this property can purchase the resort cards from reception providing they have been organised prior to arrival at the villa - again please contact us for further details regarding this.
