Overview
Villa Clara is a spacious semi detached villa, located within a pleasant 20 minute walk to Vilamoura with its array of restaurants, shops and bars. This charming property combines some traditional style features and comfortable décor throughout. The private pool and outdoor space makes Villa Clara an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday.
Living Areas
The air conditioned lounge is decorated as a family home and is a welcoming area to relax in. The TV has cable channels with some English language channels. Included in the lounge space is a comfortable dining area. Patio doors open out to the inviting pool area.
The kitchen is well equipped and designed with practicality in mind. It has all the necessary equipment including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and gas hobs. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is situated next to the cloak room off the entrance hall, it is an air conditioned doubled bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. It has an en suite shower room with double basins. This bedroom has it's own small private space outside the front of the villa.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. All of the bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning. Bedroom two is a double bedroom, this bedroom shares a bathroom with separate shower with bedroom three, this is a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms share a terrace over looking the swimming pool and garden. Bedroom four is an air conditioned twin room complete with it’s own en suite shower room.
Outside Space
Outside the mature trees and shrubs give the outside area a secluded feel and the spacious lawn area is perfect for the children to roam freely. There are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine and comfortable outdoor sofas to compliment the outdoor space. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m.
To enjoy outdoor meals there’s nothing better than using the charcoal barbecue, conveniently located next to the kitchen and to the outdoor dining table.
Location
20 minute stroll through a residential area brings you to the vibrant marina of Vilamoura. All local amenities are well placed including a supermarket and several restaurants close by.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
