We are proud to exclusively represent Casa Paragon, a stunning three bedroom, two bathroom single level villa complete with a private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement) and extensive lawned garden area. The superb spacious terrace is fully furnished and freshly cooked al-fresco meals can be enjoyed on the gas BBQ.

Situated in the prestigious golf resort of Vila Sol and within close distance of a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bars alongside the 27 hole golf course on site. The popular coastal resort of Quarteira with its lovely promenade and the famous Marina of Vilamoura are within close driving distance.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern in design with a central island and three breakfast stools and is well equipped with appliances including a five-zone electric induction hob, extractor, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, Nespresso coffee machine & integrated electric oven and grill. The adjacent laundry room houses the washing machine, dryer, an extra fridge freezer, iron & ironing board. There is a door directly to the garden from this room.

The air conditioned open plan lounge and dining area are furnished with a large wooden dining table and seating for six people, a large L-shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of international cable channels including some English language channels and DVD player. Four sets of patio doors open directly onto the garden and pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in this single level property have split unit air conditioning.

Bedroom one is the master suite, complete with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. This bedroom can sleep an additional young child in either a travel cot or a fold-up bed on a complimentary basis upon prior confirmation and approval from the owners.

Bedroom two has twin beds (can be made as a double upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, a safe and patio doors to the pool. Bedroom three has twin beds (can be made as a double upon prior request), fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the garden. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the adjacent full family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath tub.

Outside Space

The property has a superb spacious exterior terrace which is south facing and offers both the opportunity of catching the glorious Algarve sunshine whilst also having generous shaded areas. Al-fresco meals can be cooked on the outdoor kitchen complete with gas BBQ, sink and lighting and enjoyed on the wooden dining table with seating for 6 persons. The terrace is fully furnished with a comfy sofa & rattan chair seating.

The poolside is complete with six sun loungers and a free standing hammock, the pool measures approx. 10m x 5m, has steps for entry and can be heated for a weekly supplement. The property enjoys step free access to the gardens and pool. Laid to lawn and surrounded by hedgerow, this garden is ideal for children to play. There is a table tennis table available, perfect for those holiday tournaments. The villa also benefits from an exterior W.C and washbasin.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole championship golf course, home of 'The Bobby Robson tournament’, Vila Sol has restaurants, a bar with live music and cafes all within 10 minutes walking distance and the development is also close to other good restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Aquashow Water Park is just down the road, a 5 minute drive away and Almancil Karting just a 10 minute drive. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away too, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The beautiful golden sand beaches and promenade at Quarteira with its beach side restaurants and bars is less than 10 minutes drive, as is the famous Vilamoura Marina. The beautiful Marina has many shops, a casino and beach club and more than its fair share of superb restaurants and bars to suit every taste.

Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports, and boat trips to see the famous caves of the Algarve and dolphin watching
